Full job description
- Support the development and implementation of salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive schemes.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Assist in job evaluation and grading processes.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to maintain and optimize benefit offerings.
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist in designing and communicating total rewards programs that align with the company’s business goals.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and employee participation rates.
- Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
- Update rewards and benefits policies as needed based on legislative changes or organizational requirements.
- Participate in or lead projects related to rewards and benefits, such as system implementations or policy updates.
- Coordinate annual compensation review cycles and performance-based rewards distribution.
- Work closely with HR teams, finance, and leadership to align rewards strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Provide training or workshops to employees on understanding their compensation and benefits.

Pay: Rs110,000.00 – Rs140,000.00 per month
